


Installation, deployment, calibration, configuration, and commissioning, where applicable, shall be provided only within the project scope defined as per estimate or invoice.
The customer must ensure that the site is ready before technician arrival. This includes vehicle availability, safe working area, access to equipment, and practical readiness for installation.
Where necessary, the customer must arrange technical assistance from its own staff for activities such as removal or reinstallation of tanks, handling vehicle components, and related preparatory or support work.

Any additional requirement resulting from such conditions shall be handled as per estimate or invoice.
Installation schedule, technician allocation, free installation scope, excess labor, additional deployment days, and related service conditions shall be as per estimate or invoice.
LxGio shall not be responsible for installation or deployment delays caused by lack of readiness, missing support, unavailability of vehicles, unsafe conditions, customer delays, weather impact, or access restrictions.
Some systems may require calibration or recalibration depending on actual site and operating conditions. If recalibration or repeat visit is needed due to environmental, operational, or customer-side conditions, related service shall be handled as per estimate or invoice.
After installation, the customer is responsible for protecting the installed equipment, avoiding unauthorized relocation, preserving working condition, and promptly reporting relevant issues through authorized channels.
The customer must provide safe access to technicians. LxGio may refuse, postpone, suspend, or terminate installation or visit if the location is unsafe, hostile, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for personnel safety.
Physical visit to any site outside the LxGio headquarters at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai is entirely subject to LxGio's discretion.
The customer must obtain written approval in the estimate or invoice before purchase if any visit outside the base location is expected.
Any future dispute alleging that LxGio promised such a visit shall not be valid unless supported by written and signed or otherwise formally authorized approval from an LxGio key person.
Even where previously approved, LxGio may deny, postpone, or cancel the visit if there is any threat, harm, unsafe condition, security issue, or operational risk to visiting personnel.
Deployment shall generally be treated as completed once initial installation, primary configuration, and basic commissioning within the agreed scope are completed.
Further operation, day-to-day handling, and ongoing care remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
