General RefundPrinciple

Refund eligibility shall be determined strictly as per estimate or invoice, considering product nature, service stage, activation stage, and installation status.

Items GenerallyNot Refundable

The following are generally non-refundable once initiated, supplied, delivered, scheduled, activated, configured, or completed:

  • Installed hardware
  • Customized hardware
  • Project-specific procurement
  • Activated subscriptions
  • Installation services
  • Deployment work
  • Calibration work
  • Technical visits
  • Integration or configuration work

Cases WhereRefund MayBe Considered

Refund may be considered, at LxGio's sole review and discretion, in limited cases such as:

  • Incorrect product supplied
  • Verified manufacturing defect
  • Approved cancellation before dispatch or before irreversible project execution

3.4
Deductions

Where a refund is approved, deductions may apply as per estimate or invoice, including installation costs, service costs, logistics costs, handling costs, or other project-incurred expenses.

3.5
RefundProcessing

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment channel or another agreed lawful banking method, subject to internal processing and financial procedures.
