Monitoring systems may depend on telecom carriers, internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, maps, hosting, APIs, or third-party providers. LxGio is not liable for service gaps, signal failure, network change, external restriction, outage, or infrastructure disruption outside its control.

Dashboards, digital access, and service platforms may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, external provider failure, network outage, or infrastructure constraints. LxGio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

The customer remains fully responsible for operational, commercial, staffing, security, fuel-management, disciplinary, or financial decisions taken on the basis of monitoring data, reports, or alerts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LxGio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business loss, including operational interruption, lost revenue, fleet disruption, or interpretation-based disputes.

Where liability is legally established, LxGio's total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific affected product or service supplied as per estimate or invoice, to the extent permitted by law.
