Return Policy

Return eligibility shall be strictly governed as per estimate or invoice and subject to product condition, delivery stage, installation stage, and activation status.

The following are generally not returnable:

• Installed devices
• Configured or calibrated devices
• Customized or project-specific products
• Activated software or subscriptions
• Used or tampered goods
• Physically damaged goods

Any item presented for return must generally be unused, untampered, and in reviewable condition. Return approval shall remain subject to LxGio inspection and decision.

Where a return is accepted, LxGio may choose, at its discretion, to repair, replace, provide commercial adjustment, or process refund if applicable.
