Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, installation, subscription, supply, delivery, activation, access, and use of telematics devices, fuel monitoring sensors, accessories, software platforms, monitoring dashboards, and related services supplied by LxGio.

Exact commercial terms, including product configuration, scope of work, installation support, subscription, warranty, service coverage, technician allocation, travel support, and payment terms shall be as per estimate or invoice.

If there is any difference between this page and a project-specific estimate or invoice, the project-specific written commercial document issued by LxGio shall prevail.

Warranty, replacement eligibility, or guarantee, if any, shall be as per estimate or invoice and applies only to manufacturing defects under normal intended operating conditions.

Warranty or guarantee shall not apply in cases including but not limited to:

• Physical damage
• Breakage
• Tampering
• Unauthorized opening or repair
• Water damage beyond stated device protection capability
• Abnormal electrical conditions
• External AC current damage
• Irregular DC voltage
• Misuse
• Improper handling
• Environmental exposure
• Unsuitable installation conditions
• Unauthorized relocation or rewiring
• Damage caused by third-party persons not authorized by LxGio

Warranty or guarantee may lapse if payment obligations are not fulfilled within the agreed timeline.

Certain items may be supplied as accessories to a primary device. Some vehicles, tanks, or operating conditions may require additional hardware, additional installation work, or revised configuration. Any such requirement shall be handled as per estimate or invoice.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle, tank, equipment, and related installation environment are suitable for installation and operation.

If the tank contains contaminants, debris, foreign material, or unsuitable substances, cleaning and readiness shall be the customer's responsibility. LxGio shall not be responsible for malfunction, variation, or inaccuracy caused by poor tank condition, contamination, unsuitable design, or non-standard vehicle modifications.

Monitoring data, charts, logs, reports, alerts, and dashboards are provided for operational reference and business support purposes. They are not guaranteed as absolute measurement, forensic proof, or conclusive evidence for every operational decision or dispute.

Subscription-based access, where applicable, shall operate as per estimate or invoice. Renewal, continuation, suspension, reactivation, or tariff changes may be affected by commercial terms, third-party service providers, or telecom dependencies.

Payment conditions shall be as per estimate or invoice. Delay in payment may result in suspension, restricted access, service denial, or reactivation charges.

LxGio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, reconnect, disconnect, deny, postpone, or discontinue services in the event of unpaid dues, safety concerns, lack of cooperation, operational infeasibility, misuse, or policy breach.

LxGio reserves the right to modify, update, replace, discontinue, restrict, or reconfigure products, services, system components, or certain service elements where required for technical, regulatory, supplier, operational, or safety reasons.

All disputes shall be subject to Navi Mumbai jurisdiction only under applicable Indian law.
